Regular visits to the dentist will also help maintain your perfect teeth and avoid disturbing mouth odor. Your hair needs attention too. Keep it always clean and well groomed. These basic hygiene habits will go a long way for you as you grow to adulthood.

Nutrition and Exercise

You are constantly growing and developing into a mature person. You need all the necessary and proper nutrition. At this stage you should already be conscious of your food intake. You should be careful on the food you eat, their calorie and fat contents. What you eat will determine how healthy you will be in the years to come. Exercise is also vital for your development. You should maintain a healthy and fit body in order to look and feel beautiful.
