1When do I get my order?
Receiving your order depends on your location. All of our shipments are made from Canada, therefore if you are from the United States, it would take 7 to 14 days, Canada would only take 5 to 7 days. Overseas shipments should take not more than a month and half depending on your location. Orders from India and the Middle East take time to arrive due to government security.

2When will you ship my order once I have completed my payment?
All orders have a processing time of 24 hours. You will also have to verify your address if we cannot find its official location.
Please make sure that you updated your Paypal Information as this is the address that we will use to ship your order!
Once your address is confirmed, our shipping department mails packages out to delivery on Mondays and Thursdays (EST).
3Which shipping method does your company use?
All of orders are serviced through Postal Mail Services, such as Canada Post, USPS and other local postal services depending on your country.
4Can we (the customer) ask for faster shipping, and just add the fee for the shipping cost?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer our customers the possibility to expedite their order.
5Can I use the transaction ID on tracking the order?
Yes, your transaction ID is used to track your order status. You can track your order at the following link: https://www.orthofill.com/track-your-order
This page allows you to find the date you ordered your package, the date your package is shipped and your package’s expected date of arrival. The transaction ID provided by us cannot be used to track your package by your post office.
6Why is my order still on the “shipped” status? Can I track the exact location of my package?
We created a track your order feature for you to have an updated status of your order. Bear in mind that it is not associated with any shipping company.
7Can I purchase even if I do not have a Paypal account or a Credit Card?
Unfortunately, we only accept Paypal and Credit Card as our payment method. You can easily create an account for free at Paypal.com and link your bank account to it if you do not own a credit card or a debit card.
8Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do have any physical store located around the world. However, we ship worldwide for free.
9Can you provide a tracking ID that we can use to track where my bands are exactly?
We cannot provide tracking ID since we are mailing the bands through post office. Using tracking IDs would triple the cost of our shipments. However, we give an estimated expected arrival date based on your location the moment your package left our office. In order to avoid having delays with your order, we recommend you to give us an address that your postal office acknowledges.
10How do you verify my shipping address?
First, we get your shipping information from your Paypal account or the information that is associated with your credit card at the moment of your purchase. We compare this address with the records at the post office and with Google Maps so that your package does not return to us due to a mistake in your address information. Make sure to inform your post office that you will receive a package from us as well, as we often see returns from the post office for some customers because the post office was not aware and returned us the package.
